About
Soren Monroe-Anderson is co-founder and CEO of Neros, the El Segundo drone manufacturer he started in 2023 with Olaf Hichwa to build a U.S.-made, China-free FPV combat drone at scale. Before Neros he was the 2020 MultiGP Drone Racing League world champion and founded FPV Supply Co, and he holds a degree in electrical engineering from MIT. Neros's flagship Archer FPV system is engineered for electronic-warfare resistance and a 20-kilometer range with a 2-kilogram payload, and the company delivered 6,000 Archers to Ukraine in 2025 after winning the International Drone Capabilities Coalition tender. The Peter Thiel-backed company is now scaling production toward roughly 2,000 drones per day.
