Sam Jones is the co-founder and CEO of Method Security, a New York and Washington-based startup building autonomous offensive and defensive cyber systems for the U.S. government, the Department of Defense and the Fortune 500. He started the company in 2023 with Sean Hacker and Daniel Kelly, drawing the founding team from Palantir, NSA, the U.S. Air Force, CIA, AWS, CrowdStrike, Shield AI and Microsoft. Method's platform fuses red-team and blue-team capability into a single trusted-autonomy framework so defenders can continuously test and harden critical systems at machine speed. The company raised $26 million across seed and Series A rounds in 2025.
