Jason Hundley co-founded X-Bow Systems in September 2016 with Mark Kaufman and Maureen Gannon to apply additive manufacturing to solid rocket motor production. As CEO he has led the Albuquerque-based company from a Sandia-region startup to one of the few new entrants in the U.S. solid rocket motor industrial base, raising a $27M Series A in 2022 and a subsequent $70M round to scale capacity for missile defense and tactical munitions. The company opened the nation's newest dedicated solid rocket motor production facility in 2025.
