About
David Tuttle is co-founder and CEO of Rune Technologies, the Silicon Valley defense startup building TyrOS, an AI-enabled predictive logistics platform for the U.S. military. Before Rune, he was Anduril's capabilities lead for C4 systems within the C2 Systems Division and previously served as a JSOC officer and field artillery officer in the U.S. Army, with earlier experience in investment banking at Citi. He started Rune in 2024 with Peter Goldsborough on the thesis that contested logistics is the unglamorous bottleneck on which any future Pacific fight will pivot, and the company has raised more than $30 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Human Capital, Point72 Ventures, Pax VC, and others.
