Brett Adcock is a co-founder of Archer Aviation, where he served as co-CEO from inception through 2022 before stepping into a board seat to focus on his next venture, the humanoid robotics company Figure. He and Adam Goldstein originally met building Vettery, the recruiting marketplace they co-founded and sold to The Adecco Group in 2018. At Archer, Adcock led the company through its initial business combination and public listing on the NYSE. He has become one of the most prolific founders in the new American hardware wave, repeatedly framing his work as rebuilding the country's manufacturing edge.
