About
Benjamin Shanahan co-founded Senra Systems in 2023 with Jordan Black, where he leads software and platform engineering as CTO. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in Neuroscience and started his career at BrainGate, the brain-computer interface lab, before working as a software engineer at NeuroPace. He moved to SpaceX as a software engineer, where he contributed to the company's ERP purchasing application, the Starlink manufacturing execution system, and telemetry pipelines — the experience that pushed him and Black to leave and build a software-first wire harness company. He was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2024.
