About
Andrew Peterson is co-founder and CEO of Array Labs, a Palo Alto company designing swarms of small radar satellites that fly in tight formation to image the same point on Earth simultaneously, producing real-time high-resolution 3D maps at 60x the quality of conventional radar techniques. Before Array Labs he led teams across remote-sensing programs including the Vera Rubin Observatory — the largest survey telescope ever built — and worked on satellite constellation design and high-resolution radar imaging systems. Array Labs is backed by Y Combinator, Agency Fund, and a DARPA contract for distributed radar architecture. The company plans to launch its first production cluster as part of a broader bid to give the U.S. real-time geospatial dominance.
