About
Adam Bry co-founded Skydio in 2014 and has led the company as CEO through its rise to become America's largest domestic drone manufacturer and the leading Western alternative to DJI. He earned a Master's in Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT, where he worked in the Robust Robotics Group on aircraft that fly themselves without GPS, then took that research to Google's Project Wing autonomous drone effort. Bry founded Skydio with MIT lab-mate Abe Bachrach to commercialize fully autonomous flight, first as a consumer cinematography drone and now as a defense and enterprise platform with the X10 and X10D. He has testified before Congress on Chinese drone supply chain risks and the need for an American drone industrial base.
