About
Aaron Slodov co-founded Atomic Industries in 2019 with veteran toolmaker Lou Young Jr. and Austin Bishop to build the world's first AI-powered tool and die maker. His career began in physics and power systems engineering with research stints at SETI Institute, Kent State, and MIT, followed by an early role at Google. He previously co-founded Remesh, an AI-driven market research startup, where he raised over $40M before pivoting to the world of atoms. Atomic, based in Detroit, has raised more than $20M from Toyota Ventures, Narya Capital, 8090 Industries, and others to vertically integrate the design, simulation, and production of injection-mold tooling.
