The product

Elijah UAVs with dual dispersion systems (flare racks + aerosol atomizer for silver iodide), paired with Doppler-radar sensing and an AI forecasting stack co-developed with Atmo. Targets supercooled liquid water in specific clouds to boost precipitation on demand.

The thesis

Cloud seeding has existed since the 1940s but has been a manual, research-grade practice. Rainmaker is the first attempt to treat it as an industrial, instrumented service — a new water-supply utility for the drought-hit American West.
