The product
Poseidon Aerospace develops uncrewed cargo aircraft using ground-effect flight (wing-in-ground) for runway-independent logistics. Two platforms: Egret, a short-takeoff-and-landing aircraft, and Heron, a wave-skimming cargo seaplane. The pitch is the lowest possible cost-per-flight-ton-mile for feeder and contested-logistics routes.
The thesis
An Indo-Pacific war demands resilient logistics across thousands of miles of ocean without the airfields traditional cargo aircraft need. Poseidon's seaglider concept (think Regent for cargo, but unmanned and military-relevant) is a credible answer that the Navy is already preparing to test as 'Seagull'.
