The thesis

American munitions production is the chokepoint exposed by Ukraine: solid motor capacity is fragile, controlled by 1-2 vendors, and slow to scale. Liquid propulsion and SpaceX-style vertical integration could unlock a new model for affordable, mass-produced US missile inventory.
