The role

What you'll do

  • You’ll own and run our marketing and growth engine—ads, content, SEO, sponsorships, and more.
  • You’ll take over work we’ve previously split between agencies and team members, bringing it fully in-house so you can execute end-to-end and move fast.
  • You’ll measure, improve, and iterate, driving leads, awareness, and ROI across our core channels.
  • What You’ll Do
  • - Own the Growth Strategy – Define and execute our marketing plan in partnership with leadership. You’ll manage the budget, set priorities, and be accountable for results. - Run Paid Campaigns – Personally manage our Ad spend across all digital channels. Test, refine, and optimize for CAC and ROI. - Drive Content Creation – Write long-form and short-form content—case studies, blog posts, thought leadership, and social posts—on behalf of executives, product, and sales teams. - Manage Web Presence – Own updates to our site, publish new content, manage sitemaps, and ensure SEO best practices are in place. - Lead SEO & Optimization – Conduct keyword research, track rankings, and make hands-on improvements to drive organic traffic. - Measure & Report – Track lead volume, CAC, ad performance, content output, and brand reach. Share clear reports and insights with the team. - Experiment & Iterate – Test new channels, content formats, and growth tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.

What you'll bring

  • - Strong writing skills—you can create clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences. - Comfort with paid advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads. - High agency and execution—you move fast, stay organized, and take full ownership from idea to result. - Curiosity and adaptability—you’re willing to learn new tools and approaches to get better results. - Basic technical comfort—able to work in Webflow, manage SEO tools, and set up analytics tracking. - Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial tech. - Strong love for your country—a conviction around the importance of restoring American superiority in manufacturing and a strong belief the the virtues of a world that follows the example we set here in these United States.
  • Nice To Have
  • - Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, data enhancement, and other related marketing tools. - Knowledge of SEO best practices, from keyword research to on-page optimization. - Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors. - Design experience: Figma, Canva, etc. - Exposure to B2B SaaS or technical marketing. - Technical competence as evidenced by the ability to write basic Python scripts, or others collect, prepare and parse data.
