The role

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform, working alongside experienced Solutions Engineers
  • Assist with solution design and configuration for specific customer use cases and processes
  • Participate in customer interactions and begin building relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels
  • Help document solutions, best practices, and internal processes to support team knowledge-sharing
  • Relay observations and feedback from customer engagements to Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve how the Professional Services team operates and collaborates

This role is located Budapest, Hungary - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days per week.

This is a 6-month fixed-term internship, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.

What Skills Do I Need?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Basic coding skills or comfort with scripting; familiarity with SQL or REST APIs is a plus

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow

Competency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for tasks like drafting, research and automation; willingness to explore how AI can accelerate solution design and customer delivery

Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus

Proactive, collaborative attitude - you ask questions, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do

Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% out of term time)

First experience in manufacturing is a plus
